There are many models of medical molecular sieve oxygen generators produced by our company, including: SXYO-5, SXYO-10, SXYO-20, SXYO-30, SXYO-50, SXYO-60, SXYO-80, SXYO-100, NSXYO-120, SXYO-150 and so on. The outstanding advantages: oxygen purity N93 % ± 3 %, lower energy consumption,less area occupation, compact tank structure, convenient operation, stable and reliable operation, high and stable gas purity. The equipment was developed in the principle of pressure swing absorption of molecular sieves. It uses high quality oxygen-producing molecular sieves as absorbents, and then oxygen can be directly separated from air at the room temperature. The compressed air, after drying and purification, enters the absorption tower equipped with molecular sieves, and then the majority of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and moisture in the air are absorbed in the solid phase of molecular sieves, while oxygen is enriched and exported in the gas phase due to the small absorption amount. When the absorbent absorption reaches saturation, the pressure is reduced to make the zeolite molecular sieve desorption regeneration, so that the zeolite molecular sieve can be reused. Two absorption towers are set up in the system, one for oxygen production and the other for desorption and regeneration. The imported PLC is used to control the cycle and alternate the two towers to achieve continuous output of high-quality oxygen.
